You pay nothing upfront.

JobJam fees are only due if you secure a job while working with us.

The success fee depends on the plan you choose and is agreed before you start.

If you actively follow the programme and do not secure a job within your plan period, you pay nothing.

This guarantee only applies if you stay engaged and genuinely follow the process.

JobJam works best when you put in the effort.

To qualify for the guarantee, you are expected to:

• Attend scheduled check-ins, or reschedule when needed
• Complete agreed actions
• Apply for suitable roles consistently
• Engage in networking and outreach
• Take feedback seriously and act on guidance
• Keep us updated on applications, interviews, offers, and changes in your situation

If you disengage, stop participating, or do not follow the agreed process, the guarantee may no longer apply.

You can withdraw from the programme at any time.

Depending on when you withdraw, an early withdrawal fee may apply. This will be clearly set out in your agreement before you start.

Before starting, you will be asked to sign a simple agreement so expectations are clear on both sides.
